Processing of making biscuit:
1. Put the mixed dough into the machine,the dough will be one time formed into biscuit shape via the 3 guage rollers and
the roller cutter,then convey into the oven for the final baked middle grade or high grade biscuit or thin biscuit.
2. Put the stirred flour powder into the machine, it is shapped at one time into unripe biscuit and finally all kina of
middle and high grade biscuits at baked boxes through rotary moulder.
3. According to the requirements of different consumers,the surface of shaped unripe biscuit is equally scattered with
sugar/salt or sesame to improve the quality of biscuit.
4. Gas oven with direct flame can bake the biscuits perfectly with nice color and fragrance,it's suitable for all shapes of
soft biscuit ,hard biscuit ,bread,cake and other types of soda biscuits.
5. This biscuit stacking machine accpects the biscuits from the cooling converyor,forms them into lanes,stacks them on edge
through the star wheel device,and conveys them to the packing conveyor.
